Can you work with our management software?
It depends on the software and the access available. Before promising an integration, we check what’s actually possible.
Will we have to stop work or involve all our staff?
We keep disruption to a minimum. We need to talk to the people who know the process and run a few tests. We’ll tell you in advance when people need to be involved.
What if the AI gets it wrong? How do you handle our data?
AI can make mistakes. That’s why we test the results and add checks to the most sensitive operations. Before using company data, we agree on access, tools and how the data is handled.
How much does it cost? Are there mandatory subscriptions?
The first conversation is free. For every project we agree the work and the price before starting. Any licences, third-party costs and ongoing support are listed separately.
What happens after delivery? Do we own the software?
The contract sets out code ownership, licences, access and documentation. We can agree on support and updates, but we don’t impose an ongoing service if it isn’t needed.
